Legion Of Mary

  • The Legion of Mary was started at St. Albert's Parish about 30 years ago.  It is an association of Catholic men and women with the goal to increase the personal holiness of its members through the imitation of the virtues of Mary, foster a deeper devotion to Mary among all people and undertake various apostolic works.

There are two kinds of membership: First, the active member who attends a weekly meeting on Monday mornings after the 8:30 am Mass and also does two hours apostolic work each week. Our Spirtual Director is Father Thomas Pajk who also attends our weekly meetings and guides us on our spiritual journey.

Secondly, the auxiliary or praying member.

The duties of an auxiliary member are the daily recitation of the rosary and the recitation of the prayers contained in the Legion prayer leaflet called the "Tessera."

All members of St Albert's are invited to become praying members of the Legion of Mary.

Come join us in our journey of faith.
