Seasons of Healing Grief SupportOur Lord assured us that those who mourn are blessed, and that they shall be comforted. Seasons of Healing offers those who are grieving an opportunity to come together, give voice to their sorrow, and find hope and healing. Personal Outreach on Grief and Healing - Individual bereavement sessions in an environment of prayer and support.
Funeral Ushers - Periodically attend funeral masses and simply serve through a ministry of kindness and presence.

To help assist those in such situations, St. Albert’s has formed a Widowers Support Group whose mission is to assist men through such a grieving period. The group meets weekly on Saturday mornings for breakfast, with a goal of making new friendships with others who have endured such grief, and who are willing to share their experiences with you to show “you are not alone!”. Our Lord assured us that those who mourn are blessed, and that they shall be comforted. Seasons of Healing offers the bereaved an opportunity to come together and share in God’s comfort and love. With the support of the faith community, we can give voice to our unique journeys of grief, find healing and spiritual growth.
The Seasons of Healing group session meets twice yearly (Spring & Fall) for 6 consecutive weeks in the evening. The group explores bereavement through scripture, prayer, reflections, and faith sharing. Seasons of Healing is centered on Jesus Christ and grounded in the healing wisdom, traditions, and practices of the Catholic Church through Mary our Mother of Consolation.
St Albert the Great also offers a Personal Outreach on Grief and Healing which is an individual one on one meeting to begin the healing journey and can be scheduled at most any time.
